Fiumara Law Payment Plan

The options that we offer for payment are:

• Credit Cards—Master and VISA only)
• Cashier’s Check
• Personal Check with a major local bank
• Cash

Anytime a client retains the legal services of the law firm he or she will be required to sign a written fee agreement that explains the attorney and the client’s responsibilities and obligations under the California Rules of Professional Conduct.

For the handling of criminal law cases we prefer the entire fee/ retainer to be paid upfront before the first court appearance. But if we are able to work out a payment plan we would arrange for half of the retainer to be paid prior to the first court date and the second payment to be paid within 30 days.

Other arrangements may be worked out with existing clients and only under special circumstances.
