This is a case involving an intoxicated driver who was traveling at a high rate of speed and slammed head-on into Plaintiff’s vehicle. The impact caused the airbags to deploy and totaled both vehicles. Due to the impact Plaintiff suffered a left-hand contusion, concussion, third degree burn right dorsal thumb, cervical strain and post-traumatic stress disorder. After medical treatment and physical therapy, Plaintiff through her counsel settled the claim for $80,000.00.
